Cancellation policy

Herbal Medicine Consultations must be paid in full upon booking. 

 

Cancellations may be requested no less than 48 hours before the consultation. For Initial Consultations, only 50% of the fee will be refunded if the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the consultation. Follow Up patients will be charged the full consultation fee. For package purchases, you will be charged £80 for the lost Initial consultation slot. The remaining payment will be refunded to you.
